Cancellation Policy
We value both your time and ours
At Beauty Refinery, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling for all clients, we have the following policy in place:
Cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the booked service.
If sufficient notice is provided for rescheduling, we may be able to fill the time slot with another appointment, in which case the fee will be waived.
This policy applies to all clients. However, in exceptional circumstances, the fee may be waived at the discretion of management.

Due to the way our booking system is configured, for all clients with international numbers, we now require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
